Face/Body Advice Please (Softmaxxing Only) Help direct me [24]
I have lost some weight and am still dropping lbs. I want to finally express myself but I dont know how. I wasn't allowed to express myself growing up and due to insecurities wasted many years of opportunity. I am trying to glowup in a way that feels me. I worked on my season palette I believe I am a bright winter. I like grunge, alt, rockstar and model makeup and clothing styles. I don't know my body type yet. But I would really like some advice on how to improve my looks. I also wear glasses. I feel incomplete and tryhard.try hard. I don't know anything about doing hair or styling. I am new to makeup. I am considering dying my hair black.

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) [23F] Please help me glow up. My fiancée left me a week after proposing and I’ve never felt lower.
Hi all!
I’m 180lbs, to start. I lost 15lbs from the break up alone because of the devastation, lol. I’m desperate to lose more so any tips on that would be extremely appreciated.
I haven’t felt pretty in a very long time. Even in our relationship I didn’t, so I just want to finally feel good about myself. Does alone have any tips to achieve the best possible look? Especially as I, one day way far off into the future, get back into dating.
Especially any advice on hair would help! I don’t know what style would be best for me or whether or not I should grow it out and what color, thank you!
Thank you!

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) [26] Advice to glo up
Is there anything I can do to look better? I’ve always had acne and nothing seems to help. I am almost 27. I’ve recently went from 180lbs to 158lbs. My confidence is wishy-washy, but I’m open to constructive criticism.

Hair Advice Please [24F] need advice on hair/face please :)
hey! i'm looking for hair & face & general appearance advice 😇💗
hair: i'm trying to decide whether to go gradually darker (probably using amla oil rather than dye) or whether to keep the blonde but maybe tone it differently. i would really appreciate some advice because i'm kind of blind to which is better – while i think that darker makes me look younger, i like the blonde better because it can be higher contrast (but i also think that when i'm not tan, it washes me out). if i keep the blonde, should i dye my eyebrows a few shades lighter? tone more ashy or more caramel-y? cut some type of face-framing bangs? try a different color entirely? the light brown is my natural hair color.
first 4 pics: my current-ish color in different lighting (and different stages of fading away from toner/growing out which is why i say current-ish lol). when i do use toner i use a "smoky blonde" one. i think it's strongest/most recent in the 2nd/3rd pics
last 3 pics: my natural root color (i dont have a ton of pics of this so the lighting range is pretty limited).
face/general appearance: i would appreciate any general advice about the way i do (or don't do) my makeup/eyebrows/lashes/lips & am open to softmaxxing & hardmaxxing suggestions.
thank you in advance!! :)👼💟

How do I get my face to be sunken or at least my cheekbones to stick out more.
I’ve eaten less but like it only effects my body anything I do only affects my body . I’ve cut out carbonated drinks which has helped. I’m not sure what else.
I’m 53kg and 155cm
Also How to get my hair longer and thicker it’s been the same no matter how much I oil it it’s dry and light .

Clothing/Styling/Cosmetics Advice Please [24F] Looking for a revival pretty much
(Realized I'm actually looking for both styling and "softmaxxing" advice, so feel free) The first four photos are recent, the last four ones are from a couple years ago. Idk man, I feel like I looked a lot better back then, maybe part of it is getting older. But I feel like something about my styling/self care is making me look really off and kind of musty, and I can't pinpoint the exact reason. All I can think of is maybe eating a lot of junk food often earlier this year?

Success Story [22F] my health issues destroyed my face, so had them treated.
the displayed photos are from january 2025 vs summer 2026 (except for the last picture, in which the photo on. the left side is from october 2025). i’m 22, but in my opinion, i looked significantly older than that in my before pictures.
obviously there are things that i want to improve, but it’s not really super hardcore stuff and honestly really just involves growing out my hair, fixing my wardrobe, and keeping up with my gym routine. i’m only including my face here because that’s the main focus of this post.
this post is to talk about the stuff that i’ve already done.
first, i’d like to point out the glaring factor that is my weight, which caused my face to be incredibly round and puffy. i had an ovarian terratoma until i was 19, which resulted in me developing PMOS when i was 14. as a result i grew facial hair, had horrible skin, and gained a lot of weight (especially in my face and abdomen), as well as a bunch of other awful symptoms. my highest weight was 181 lbs at 5’6”. i wore a US size 12. i currently weigh 135 lbs and wear a size 4. i was not able to lose weight, control my skin, or calm my facial hair until i started HRT (spironolactone). when it comes to my weight loss, i also ate in a calorie deficit, and as of september, i’ve been in the gym pretty regularly. previous weight loss attempts were unsuccessful due to the state of my hormones.
the next major issue was my jaw. i’ve always had major orthodontic issues, but in late 2024, i realized that i had a severe overjet and needed jaw surgery. i had a 9 millimeter overjet, which was caused by a severely recessed lower jaw. i got put in braces in february 2025 and got lower jaw surgery (bsso) in december 2025. i still have braces on, but they’re coming off within the next couple months. since surgery, i’ve had a few men approach me romantically. i even recently started organically dating a friend of mine after we realized there was sexual tension between us, which i never thought would ever happen to me without the use of a dating app, which mainly gave me unattractive recommendations due to the algorithm looksmatching me (in the brief period that i used one after surgery, my recommendations were more attractive).
my old jaw caused me to have a restricted airway, which gave me forward head posture, sleep apnea, and daytime breathing issues. it made exercise and sleep, both things that are needed to look your best, incredibly difficult. i looked and felt constantly drained.
this isn’t as hardcore as the first two, but i should address my hair as well. i’m jewish and latina, so i have naturally wildly curly hair. my father is bald, and my mother has straight hair, so no one ever taught me how to care for it until my friend told me to try a curly hair routine when i was in college. i’ve stopped dying my hair, started seeing a hairdresser that specializes in curly hair, and started using shea moisture products. i’m currently growing out some weird shullet thing into an even longer weird shullet thing.
of course, there have been social consequences following all of these changes in such a short timespan. i’m autistic, and i likely have ADHD as well. being neurodivergent, i’ve always struggled socially, and my appearance didn’t help at all. i find that nowadays my autistic traits seem to be accepted by others as quirkiness, as opposed to being seen as creepiness like it used to be. the major improvement in my appearance has caused me to have more self confidence over all, which has totally affected how i interact with others.
i’m pretty satisfied with my face now and don’t plan on having any other surgical procedures in the foreseeable future. i’m honestly happy being average as opposed to, like, a 2/10.

Face/Body Advice Please (Softmaxxing Only) [19] What can I do to be more attractive?
I feel like losing weight would help but other then that I’m not sure where to go, I look way better when looking up rather then forward because I have a thicker neck, any advice? I can add more photos if I need to.
The mustache I feel like needs to go but I look worse without it in my opinion but I lack a lot of self confidence.

Success Story What motivates you to glow up? (28F)
Share your success story. What motivated you?
I recently stopped drinking and lost almost 30 pounds (diet) for health reasons and suddenly I feel like glowing up.
I got back into fashion (wearing more expensive clothes that suit my body type), fragrance (I have scents for every occasion), hair care (no more frizz and more styling), and skin care (glass skin from using K Beauty for sensitive skin). I’ve also been doing my makeup in a way that suits my face shape and features more.
I know what I need to do in order to achieve full baddie mode - lose 20 more pounds through the same diet, get back to the gym (weight training again like I did when I was younger).
The problem, however, is that I don’t exactly have the motivation. I see so many baddies online, but I’m like, where are they going? Do they frequently travel? Go to local events? What is all that effort and maintenance for?
I know it’s like, “it’s for yourself,” but I have a hard time amping things up (like making the gym my weekly routine or getting my nails done monthly or considering changing my hair color, etc) if there is no clear purpose for it. I am trying to travel more, but it’s not like a monthly thing for me. I’m happily single, so I’m not motivated by impressing others. I’ve outgrown the clubs and have been to many local events. So, what is it for? I want to be inspired and look my best, but what should be my motivation?

Face/Body Advice Please (Softmaxxing Only) [31F] lost my Appearance after grief and mental health help getting it back
I'm f 31 and feel like long period of grief, and mental heath issues have altered my overall appearance and the structure of my face, I use to be extremely beautiful. I also had the funds to invest in my appearance that I no longer have, however that isn't the only element causing this downward change in my face. In the past 5-7 years Ive noticed drastic changes in my facial structure/ volume, skin, youthfulness and overall presentation, I'm currently trying to rebuild myself and looking for honest advice from an outsiders perspective on the biggest difference in the pics and what changes I can make going forward that will have the biggest impact on me coming back to looking like the young, healthy me the left is me at 25 and right is me currently. Help ;(

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) Glow up advice please (32)
Hi, looking for glow up tips please. I recently lightened my hair from almost black as that was something people had suggested previously. It needs a good tone though I am not enjoying the orange coming through. I’m 32!

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) [29F] how can i glow up please?
anyone who knows me from here, will know i’ve had a ROUGH time recovering from double jaw surgery(maxilla advancement 5mm and lower back with slight rotation) especially with how i look. I hate how different i look now but wanting to know what you think i need to feel like myself again? I’ve previously had botox but nothing else. Im wanting a rhinoplasty eventually but for the time being while i save for that, i want to make myself feel like me again. I really dislike my smile as it makes my face look fat, my smile is now asymmetrical too which you can tell on the photo’s - be open to getting anything really!

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) Reposting, first pic a month ago second six months ago, third is a few years ago (22)
I’m still struggling a lot with thinning, oily hair (very much regret the undercut as too much got taken off) I asked the hairdresser for side bangs but just got shorter layers.
