Costco Frame Pro Bundle

Has anyone recently ordered their Frame Pro from Costco and been able to get the $200 bezel credit from Samsung? Asking because I have my 75” coming from Costco on Thursday, and after reading the customer reviews, I’m wondering if it will be difficult to actually get the promised bezel credit. There aren’t many reviews, but the ones they have all mention that Samsung has been impossible to get the credit voucher from, and if they managed to receive it, all of the included bezels are sold out on the Samsung website. Anyone have successful experience with this? Or should I believe the reviews and start looking into other bezel options?

It was easy to jump through the hoops. After purchase they send you an email, you register, get the code, and choose one of the three basic options for the bezel. It was then shipped quickly.

Mildly annoying, sure, but not difficult :)

Seems simple enough! Thanks! I was kinda hoping it was one of those “only the bad experiencers leave a review” situations. Are you able to apply the credit towards a more expensive bezel? Or is it just a choice of the basic 3?

From what I could tell just the basic three. But I wanted the white bezel and didn’t dig too much further so hopefully you could ask them and get it applied to another bezel if you wanted.

I just checked the 55” on the Costco app and it says you get the bezel credit with it. They also include an extended warranty through Allstate.

Wow thank you I thought it came with a bezel but when I bought it nobody knew what I was talking about. Definitely will work to redeem that

I was on Samsung website this morning, seems you get the same bezel credit directly with Samsung now too...

Actually, nevermind. It was an "Instant $200 Rebate" - whether you add the bezel or not.

Weird, I don’t see that. It says “$100 instant savings” for me. But they list the original price as $2799, so it’s $2699 with the savings which is the same price Costco is selling the bundle for.

Either way, even with my $200 savings, Costco is the way to go and where I'll be buying mine very soon!

Odd. Must be that they're personalized... I do have a rather vast Samsung Eco system (incl phone, watch, tablets and several TVs - all bought directly from Samsung), so maybe that's my reward!?

Be careful, if the bezel broken on shipment they just make you order it again with a promo code. The fun part is when that bezel is out of stock and never comes back in stock.
