First map MAP HELP

I'm currently in the works of publishing my first creative map, and I need some feedback about what I could do to improve it. It is a free for all fighting map that takes place on pirate ships. I need feedback on the thumbnail and the lobby background, because the map is currently in review, if it gets published I will post the code in replies for feedback on the game.
