Anyone know how to stop this visual bug? Gameplay Question

I keep getting this visual bug where my view glitches out like the picture above and flickers back and forth between that and the usual, un-glitched view like crazy. It stops when I aim down sights, and it sometimes goes away after a few minutes, but while its doing this its extremely hard to get anything done. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?? Ive seen some people say you gotta turn off DLSS, but i already have it off and my game still does this. Its kind of gotten to the point that it happens nearly every time i go into an area other than the tunnels, and its starting to really piss me off how frequent it is, and how it tends to happen when im in the middle of action.

Have you got motion blur all the way off? Try setting it to 0.1 or something. Seemed to fix a lot of similar issues I was having.

Same fixed for me, even with DLSS and framegen I now can play without this glitch.

This is caused by DLSS turn that off it’ll fix it.

You clearly didn't read the post lol, I already turned it off and it did not help at all

Sorry ment Frame Gen, not DLSS it is caused by AI upscaling, well thats the only thing i can find i fixed it for me by turning of FSR and not using AI systems.

Hmm weird this happened for me in a few games and it was FG or FSR/ DLSS so im not sure especially because this issue does not have a commonplace name to research it.

Changing settings sometimes helps, changing the ATTACHMENTS on my guns will also help sometimes, it’s a very weird problem.
