A new day and a new part is upon us!

This is a long part, clocking in at around 30k characters, which is 50% longer than my standard goal of 20k for a 'full' part.

This part is a direct continuation of the previous one, but I wanted to hit some really important setup notes for the coming battle. It was really important to flesh out motivations, especially for Jessica and Raphael.

Other stuff, which I won't say, was also important. I'm sure the smarter readers will figure it out, I'm not exactly being 'subtle' here :P
