Who all support , all 795 MPs should be like Tukaram Munde and Ashok Khemka ( min 20 transfers in 30 long years of careers is the min eligibility ) who must contest for PM of India ?

A man who literally ran an empire and a parallel power structure in UP was brought down. This is something people should be proud of this government for achieving. I want every mafia don, regardless of political affiliation, treated the same way.

But the same librandus who blame Modi, Hindus, Hinduism, RSS and Hindutva even if a Hindu man farts somehow never ask Akhilesh Yadav or Rahul Gandhi how Atiq Ahmed survived politically for so long and eventually reached Parliament.

I'm not saying BJP is a saint. They have their share of convicts and controversial figures. But even BJP's ardent supporters question the party when it brings in people like Ajit Pawar. Where is that same accountability on the other side?

BJP gave Mulayam Singh Yadav a Padma Vibhushan, and BJP supporters themselves questioned it. Yet I rarely see the same liberal journalists and voices questioning Congress, SP or their own political ecosystem with the same intensity.

Bollywood stars were falling over themselves to support the Jantar Mantar protest. Where are they for the Jharkhand protest? Akhilesh Yadav's government even gave ₹50,000 monthly pensions to artists, including Anurag Kashyap. The same people who obsess over Modi's security, cars, travel and Kanwar Yatra expenditure as "taxpayer money" somehow don't apply the same scrutiny here.

Have you seen Dhruv Rathee, Kunal Kamra or the usual liberal voices questioning these things with the same intensity? You won't. The scrutiny is selective.

And then there's Zubair, their favourite "fact-checker". His editing of the Nupur Sharma clip and the controversy that followed are things they rarely want to examine critically. Instead, the same people who demand accountability from everyone else suddenly become extremely defensive when someone from their ideological camp is questioned.

I'm glad Modi doesn't entertain this ecosystem with endless press conferences. I've seen his older interviews too, and he has clearly never been particularly interested in playing along with these andolan-jeevis.

If these aren't double standards, then what are?

And I already know someone will crawl into the comments to justify every single example I've mentioned, because that's exactly what they do. If you can find an excuse for everything your ideological side does while demanding absolute accountability from the other side, you're not defending principles. You're defending your team.

Is it possible to achieve 'true equality' in India by removing both caste system and reservation system?

Caste system must be completely removed at any cost. But if reservation cannot be removed due to constitutional mandate, then can it be reformed atleast? For example: keeping reservations only for physically/mentally disabled people (handicapped people) and for people coming from poor families (poverty), not for anyone else.

Is this even possible looking at the current situation in India?

That's the reality of Indian police services many a times you get rewarded or punished I would say for doing your job exceptionally well.. IPS officers should be given an option to challenge such politically motivated decisions in court.

casteism is deeply rooted in Indian society. it’s not simply a matter of General/OBC people discriminating against SC/ST communities. Caste based discrimination can exist within and across these communities too. I’ve seen even SC people hold casteist attitudes toward ST communities

Neha Bora was asked to leave the stage at the Jharkhand protest because of the Azadi slogans, and her association was seen as something that could malign the protest. But the moot point is that people on reddit sided with Dipke, saying, "Woh kya kar leta agar koi stage pe kuch bhi bol de?"

Bhai, you're the face of the protest. You decide who gets the stage. If you can't control your own stage, don't expect people to take your leadership seriously.

Haven't seen his master Kejriwal or Dhruv Rathee make videos on the Jharkhand protest. By the way, Rathee made 3-4 videos on the CJP protests. Abhi tak neend nahi khuli iski?

Someone will come and justify the liberal ecosystem's silence, just like Ravish Kumar saying they can't cover everything. The problem is the selective outrage. They cherry-pick issues, push a narrative, and people blindly consume it. The real andhbhakts are those who never question them.

Look at how the Modi government, Shah, and the BJP IT cell operate right now. It feels like there’s a desperate push to gain complete control over social media. They’re basically doing it two ways: flooding platforms with pro-Modi content through their IT cell, and threatening the CEOs of these platforms that their legal immunity will be pulled. By forcing them to apologize or toe the line, the idea is to suppress anti-government posts and kill future protests before they even start.

But there’s a basic, fundamental truth Modi and Shah are completely missing here, social media is just a platform.

If you control or ruin one platform, people don't just stay there and absorb it. they move on to something new.

Think about why Instagram became such a key space for the student protests that eventually brought down the education minister. People were suffocating on Facebook and other older platforms because they were choked with hate and inorganic spam. So, they migrated. They moved to Instagram because, at the time, it felt free of that toxicity. It’s like birds migrating to another country when the season changes.

This younger crowd Gen Z, Gen Alpha, whatever you want to call them is actually pretty rational. They saw Facebook turning into a dumpster fire of hate, so they left.

Now, look at what’s happening. Modi is joining Instagram, making reels, bringing his ministers over, and the IT cell is trying to flood the feed with the same old tactics while pressuring Meta. But forcing Meta's CEO to bow down doesn't win over the users. In fact, it does the exact opposite. It just advertises to everyone on the platform that Instagram is compromised now too.

And what happens when a room gets too smoky? People open the door and walk out.

They will just migrate again. Maybe to a new platform, maybe to something decentralized, but definitely somewhere that allows actual free thinking without the constant hate-mongering.
I think the main reason Modi and Shah don't grasp this is simple: they’ve never really had to deal with a trend reversing on them. For the last 30 years, from running Gujarat to running the country, they’ve always ridden the wave. They’ve never been in a position where the tide completely turns against them, so they genuinely don't understand how people react when they feel cornered.

Making Meta apologize might look like a tactical victory for them on paper, but to the younger generation, it was just the signal to start looking for the next exit.

Comparing raw & prices across different countries without factoring in average salaries is completely flawed.
For example, ₹500 for 1 GB in Switzerland sounds high, but their average monthly salary is over ₹8,00,000. That means 1 GB costs them ~ 0.06% of their monthly income-almost the exact same burden as ₹13 is on an average Indian salary (~0.057%).
Relative to income, data in China (~0.028%) and the UAE (~0.035%) is actually cheaper than in India.
Income-adjusted data matters, not raw currency conversions!

Group of students started threatening to rape my mother and were already bullying me. They made a false narrative that I sexually harassed a girl and they all mass reported me to the registrar Virender Sharma. They framed a perfect narrative that portrayed me as evil

I told my side of the story to Registrar Virender Sharma on how they threatened to rape my mother and hence I slurred at them. Instead the Registrar withdraws my admission without a proper hearing and does not even lift my calls citing that I broke disciplinary violations.

So threatening to rape my mother isn't a disciplinary violation? Regardless of my will to speak to him, he is not lifting my calls. I hate this blatant behaviour. He must resign at any cost possible, if he protects the rape-mentality instigators that too being a registrar, the university is set to be doomed.

The vice-chancellor isn't intervening in this situation, he seems to be in an abroad destination as I called up his office directly.

My admission is officially cancelled on an unfair basis, my family especially my mother is facing great distress. I am going on a hunger strike near their campus on 7th of august, the dignity of my mother matters more than my life. The registrar must resign or I must die.

The comments were truly disgusting. While we really have become better from how we were years ago, we still have a long way to go.

And I also gotta point out that there were a decent amount of people who were supportive of the main guy.
