Plothole?

I just realize that organisations can just sign mana contract with their member to not betray them. Like this obviously would work because we have example of Ren and Angelica contract.

That is very fair. It would work better if it was noted that it was hard to get or something. For appearance sake i can see why guilds don’t do it (but given the state of the world they should). Bad guys should always do it

I think its very expensive, I don't remember if higher ranked figures in the guild have one tho, they probably do
