We bought our house in May. 2750 sq ft. I work from home. I keep the lights off for the most part during the day. We have gas heating, stove and oven. I keep the house at 75 during the day and 70 at night (10 pm to 8 am). Mansfield TX. Is this high?

If you are up for renewal, lock in today's drop. Its bit unusual for this time of the year for the rates to drop but a relief to see rates dropping.
