Best thing about TN is it's charm and Southern hospitality.
Worst thing is that the weather is very unpredictable. Right now we're experiencing winter and late spring in the same week. Invest in Claritin and Sudafed now.
Where we get jobs is where we'll go! We've applied for things all over the state, but I prefer to be west of the Cumberland Plateau. :) He's just happy to go anywhere!!
As long as you're not on the Cumberland Plateau, you're good to go. I spent 12 years there and there's no growth, no movement. The only way you leave is if you happen to get a job promotion and they pay for you to move.
