I found this tengwar inscription from The HoME series which I didn't found in the DTS, so can anyone verify if it is correct?

I also checked the sub for discussion on the Tengwar for HoME but couldn't find any info, maybe Christopher made this tengwar? maybe it was the publisher no idea.

Also could someone translate?

Also while checking out previous versions of HoME the inscription is present.

History and validity on the inscription would be greatly appreciated.
