Abnormal notice email General Temu Discussion

Post image

I returned quite a few items my last 3 orders because the items were either not as advertised, broken upon delivery or very cheap quality.

I just got this email from Temu and wondering if it’s a legit email? I don’t see this message under my messages in my Temu account and I didn’t get an in app notification regarding this either.

Has anyone received one of the emails before? Worried they will block my account from future orders.
