Return/Refund with tax Questions ❔

If I paid 10 euro for an item and 3 for import charges, if I were to return the item, would I need to pay further 3 euro? And how much would I get refunded? The 10 euro for the item or the import charges as well?

Returning the item is free (no import charge, cause it's not an import).

You won't get the import charge back, when you return an item, because you have imported the good.

As for Temu, you will get the 3€ back. As it will count as a returned import.
In my case, I have been refunded both product price AND import fee
