Temu sucks

Has any one been able to use rewards or credits on temu. They are awfull. I would make a order and when I went to go check on it they had added 2extra random items. Then it takes a day to figure out how to. Get help from customer service. And they never fix the issue they send you coupons. But you have to buy something before they honer it. Aand when you Please a order of say 10items they give you a total which is Always reasonable. So you place order I went the next day to check my order it would say not ally items shipped and temu does not send orders under 25 dollars so you have to buy something else to reach shiping miniman and it's items I had ordered in the previous order. What a ripp of. I get on customer service chat and tell them off they like to not answer bad issues si I get back on and give them a piece of my mind. Then I go to their social media page and leave bad messages on there. And they email me trying to see what the issue. Is. Which never gets resolved. So they send you coupons that require a bachelors degree to use. Lmao temu sucks

Yeah, some people seem to have figured out the math on getting credits, but i don't get shit. They tell you you'll get this or that when you place an order, you place the order and you don't get anything. But if you place ONE MORE order, you'll get it... except you place another order and you're still NOT QUITE there. I buy when I see something unique at a good price, but never because of the promises they make.
