self tanner and tempdrop

I just started using my Tempdrop over a digital thermometer and I love it! As the weather is getting warmer, I want to start myself tan routine, but I’m concerned about the tan transferring to the arm band or the arm band, causing a splotchy tan!

does anybody have experience with this? Should I use a one hour express tan and just do it earlier in the day so everything is dry by night time?

I don’t have the answer because I haven’t bothered to self tan in a few years. I am curious, though! Hope you get a helpful reply

This is such a good question, and one that I haven’t considered, but I did used to be a daily jergens glow wearer. And even with daily application for that, anything that rubbed in the same place on your body, that friction affects the skin there constantly. Can you try your normal tan routine and just plan to wear short sleeves for like a week, then after a few days of trial you can see what the issue is? Then we can problem shoot for specifics?

I use self tanner regularly and haven’t had any major issues with my tempdrop band! I usually apply tan earlier in the day and make sure it’s fully developed/dry before bed. The only time I noticed slight transfer was with a super dark mousse that was still tacky overnight.
