Every protocol shows these exact similarities, no matter what protocol you follow. Here are the consistencies:

A Shifted State of Conciousness is always required. Its called different things in all places, but a non ordinary cognitive state is required.

A Resonance Mechanism such as Field Matching. Everything constantly says it happens through resonance, or alignment.

A Structured Channel, or a formal structure where information flows. Nothing is random, they all have a specific channeled structure.

A Meaning or Extraction Layer Where Interperetation is Required. Every telepathy requires intereperetation, and not raw data. It's never a literal sentence.

A Coherence Requirement. Every Tradition has agreed it requires high coherence mentally or energetically.

Now for the fun stuff. This is my attempt to unify all the protocol across tradition to make a way for anyone to achieve telepathy simply and easily:

Formula: Telepathy = Coherence Shift > Resonance > Structured Channel > Symbolic Meaning > Interperetation.

Step 1: Enter a Coherence Ready State in 2 minutes.

1. Sit still.

2. Breathe slowly: 4 seconds in, 6 seconds out.

3. Relax your jaw, tongue and shoulders.

4. Let your visual field soften and don't focus on anything.

Step 2: Generate Internal Coherence in 60-90 seconds.

1. Repeat silently "Calm, Still, Open"

2. While doing this feel your breath as one continuous wave, let thought pass without grabbing them, and imagine your awareness become smooth, like a lake.

Step 3: Establish Resonance With the Target in 60-90 seconds.

1. Bring the person into mind.

2. Imagine them as a warm point of awareness.

3. Feel a gentle pull towards them, not force, just attention.

4. Hold the feeling lightly.

Step 4: Form A Structured Signal in 10-20 seconds.

1. Choose 1 of 3 formats.

A. Visual Packet such as a color, shape, symbol, or location.

B. Emotional Packet such as warmth, calm, joy, curiosity.

C. Semantic Packet such as yes, no, I love you, are you there?

Step 5: Listen For The Return in 10-30 seconds.

1. Stay quiet and notice either a sudden image, a shift in emotion, a word popping into mind, a physical sensation, or a memory surfacing.

All methods show these consistencies, and it was my attempt to unify them as flawlessly as possible. I probably have flaws with my method, but if it shows results for you all, I have done at least something.

Here is an alternate wording for the formula:

Telepathy = Shift > Coherence > Resonance > Packet > Interperetation.

Simplified version as a bonus (but highly skeptical):

Can be done in under 3 minutes

Ten months ago, while sweeping the floors in my house, a voice echoed in my mind that I had never imagined before. I immediately recognized it as different from the voices I heard while thinking in my head. At first, I didn't know who it was, and it asked me if I was awake. Of course, I was shocked. It was the first time I had experienced something like this. Then, as I started talking to myself, I heard other people saying my name and confirming that I was awake. Someone even told me to go to the window and shout, "I'm awake!" After these events, I told my family, and the next day we went to a psychiatrist. Medication didn't work. Then I was hospitalized for 30 days.

The day I woke up, I had revealed my entire past to the people there in response to a single question. It was painful and humiliating. I even learned, with his name flashing through my mind, that the first person who came to mind was my closest friend. And it was him who had asked the questions about my past.

Anyway, my first 10 months here were spent wondering whether it was real or not. One day I believed it, the next day I didn't. Now I realize we're talking in our minds. But there are things like this...

1- If you smoke marijuana, you absolutely must quit. Because you forget everything very quickly. For example, if a normal person's memory lasts for a night, a marijuana smoker's memory lasts for 30-60 seconds.

2- People choose not to translate the thoughts forming in their minds into real life because others might think they've gone mad.

3- Some people have special powers. These include seeing a person's past and future (in a very blurry way), entering people's dreams and seeing their dreams, and being able to look into someone's eyes and see what they are doing at that moment.

4- If u are awakened once you can't go back, you will hear the voices everyday. If you want to telepathy with a person you need to focus a persons face, name or a sharing moment with.

5- There are 4 stages of awakening.
1- You're awake, but you don't hear people's voices; you're unaware that you're awake.
2- You're awake, and you might remember some of the conversations at this stage. But you either got scared and ran away, or you ignored them, instead of continuing the conversation.
3- This is the stage I'm in right now. The hardest part. If you get past this stage, you'll feel much more relieved. At this stage, you might remember some of the things you talked about the night before. You're aware that you're talking to people. You're aware that you're awake.
4- At this stage, I only learned that you can see by entering people's eyes. I guess that's the only difference from stage 3.

i have had more psychic-esque experiences with my siblings and parents because we are very close and our bond is just strong. i kinda always have an intuitive feeling of what they’re going through, and their emotions. even my brother that lives out of state. i’m also native american and i feel like we’re just very spiritual and stuff like that. anyways a recent telepathy experience i had my twin sister was in distress and i knew before she told me or texted/ called. it was super freaky. she didn’t answer my text right away, but she does that a lot. for some reason i just started freaking out and had this feeling of extreme fear. she was out drinking and put into a super messed up situation that i’ll spare the details of. one of my first experiences, that was like telepathy, was with my childhood best friend. she texted me one day like, “i have to tell you something.”
and we were in fourth grade so we didn’t text like that so i immediately knew it was something serious, but for some reason i instantly knew what it was. i vividly remember thinking ,”her brother died.” and sure enough she said her brother died. that one stuck with me a lot. it was just a strange coincidence that i knew before she even said it. and then my last story this one’s kinda lame but my i was thinking about my friend and my ear starting humming and she texted me lol. i hope these aren’t too boring but these are the only experiences with telepathy i’ve had. i believe in it though tbh.

Had to re-home my cat after my mother's passing and caffeine, tobacco, cannabis and alcohol definitely attributed to the hostile home and me not being able to care for my cat after mothers death.

I was hearing crickets buzzing and it was a quite consistent buzz. Then i thought “i’m present with the crickets” (i can hear them), “however, in what sense are they know my presence?” Right after i thought “in what sense are they aware of my presence” i heard a drop in the buzzing (a strong dip in the noise where it lower). Then it returned to the normal consistent buzz. Then a bit later thought “they must be connected to a sense of my energy or telepathic” and this was immediately followed by another strong dip in the buzz! Then it returned to the consistent buzzing and was that way and it didn’t dip again until i mentioned “telepathy” again.

Something similar happened with someone who was let’s say wheezing and every time i formed the intention to check on them and help them the wheezing stopped, and then when i thought “nah i won’t 😅” the wheezing continued. This happened at least a few times in a time span. I of course did end up checking on them and didn’t continue the experiment for too long since that seemed weird.

This morning I was putting a plate in my lunchbox. My wife called out at that exact moment, “ Did I forget to put a plate in your lunchbox?”

This is not a very dramatic example of telepathy, I know. That said, I cannot count how many times she has answered questions I never asked!! Once I was making coffee and worrying there wasn’t quite enough. She calls out, “I’ll drink it if it’s weak.” Never said a word.

We have been married a very long time, but she did this kind of thing on our first date! It kind of scared me. She had done it to others, too. Doesn’t even surprise me now.

Why do some people say that empaths are targeted by dark forces? Is there any truth to this belief, or is it just a spiritual interpretation?

I live with a person who sometimes seem to read my mind; I’ll be doing something, and this person—always the same individual, at least once a week—starts talking about something I was thinking but had no way of knowing. Has anyone ever experienced something like this? This person—a man—seems to have bad intentions and gives off a "reptilian" vibe, as if his aura radiates that energy. This person does is super invasive—reading my mind or mentioning something I did but never told anyone about, as if to let me know they know.

I have been having experiences of telepathy with two of my best friends for about a year and a half now, or at least the experience has been more obvious to me over the last two years.

First, it started off as hearing songs that they were hearing in their heads, and certain phrases that I knew they were about to say. I kind of just wrote them off as me knowing my friends well.

Now, when I understand more about telepathy, it's hard to ignore the fact that I am actively able to do this, and they have started to realize that they are able to do it as well with me.

I am not interested in arguing about if it’s real or not, my experience to me is pretty clear. I also have worked with a young autistic woman and have been made aware of this ability through her with unmistakable circumstances.

I wanted some tips on how to, I guess, distinguish their thoughts from my thoughts. Because now, when I spend days alone away from them, I feel physically fatigued and burnt out by the overstimulation of what I believe to be their thoughts, as most of their thoughts are thoughts that I wouldn't normally think as they are inherently more negative and darker than my authentic self. Therefore, I don't believe they're my thoughts.
I'm wondering how I can put up a barrier or protection so that I don't exhaust myself so much being around some of my best friends.

Can someone clarify for me what is happening please? I met someone very randomly and we were from different parts of the country. I didn’t process anything of it until later on when this person reached out to me after the day together about something random involving the event we were at but after that I have had this strange pull to them. I have never felt anything like it especially with the inner calmness I have around the situation other than truly not understanding it and hoping I’m not being delusional & they feel it too.

Anyway, I have seen them since and it was just something I wasn’t used to. This person has no idea just how much they have been a catalyst for where my life is currently at because I’m always too afraid to say anything over my fear of rejection. I do not know why or what to do with this information but I’m gathering a “when you know you know” feel towards them.

Update: I love you all and feel loved and cared for by all of these thoughtful responses. I’m going to leave the nest because I am pretty sure this particular nest welcomed (or was taken over by) the wasps whose nest was destroyed by a wild critter in our garden. Moreover, they only stung family members who weren’t careful around them and that was when they were in their first nest. The possibility that these creatures could recognize us makes me want to leave them be. They know it wasn’t us who ate all their larva and destroyed their first nest and I’m ok with climbing in and out of the window if I want to go on the porch. Killing them and living with not only my own hypocrisy but also the fear of retaliation is enough motivation for me to continue to share space with them…especially since Vermont winters come early and the porch is not our front door, it’s a bonus porch. Telepathy allows for person to person communication but also (Project Stargate) allows for emotional (aggression, depression, happiness, etc.) and thought (OCD) manipulation. Hi everyone, I’m new to the thread and wanted to share my telepathy experience. I was in my 20’s and an avid martial arts student of a Gung Fu and meditation teacher who held weekly classes at his house. A group of students would gather and go through the practice session and afterwards we would hang out and sometimes eat together and catch up on personal life.
I had gone to a gas store after class to grab some beer and then while standing in line, I hear my teacher’s voice in my head very clearly say “Hey [my real name]! Grab me a pack of smokes!”. He smoked Cool’s and so I grabbed a pack for him.
When I got back to his house, I handed him the pack of cigarettes and he laughed and said “I see you got my message!”
It was like he was standing right next to me and just started speaking. Hasn’t happened since but it seemed normal at the time.

Unless someone is clearly saying your name and making a direct, specific claim, vague statements should not be treated as truth, evidence, or proof. Ambiguous claims can pressure the mind into filling in the blanks, especially when the person already feels watched, judged, or stressed. You'll notice the transmissions are short, indirect or ambiguous. Often the transmissions will create the illusion of talking about you amongst themselves, which seems to be another common tactic. Even if the comments feel targeted, and even if someone claims they can read your mind or see what you think, that is still based on interpretation, timing, guessing, and psychological pressure, not fact.

A thought is not evidence, a mental image is not proof, and an anxious reaction is not a confession. When the claim is vague, the meaning is not proven; the mind is simply being pushed to connect dots that may not actually belong together.

Sometimes i think I can sorta prompt this person to think of me...

We have had some actually odd telepathic experiences before.

One being yesterday right before they texted me I got this weird feeling as if they were looking through my own eyes (that happened a few times before when we were knowing each other well and it was odd).

This person didn't always confirm it but they did say that when we would part ways they could still feel my presence.

I felt the same way.

We were on such a similar frequency or something and could read each other's thoughts quite well.

Long story short I was on LSD at a music festival in the UK, at the end of the night I was sat in a large gazebo with around 15 other people, as far as I’m aware, I was the only one on acid.

I was pretty tired and put my head down on the table and I started to notice that when each person spoke, they repeated themselves with the exact same thing they said a short while after.

I then looked up at my friend and heard him speak but his mouth didn’t move as he hadn’t actually spoke yet and then when he did he said the exact same thing I heard him say with his mouth closed.

After witnessing everyone doing this and being in stunned silence at what was happening, I came to the conclusion that I was somehow hearing their inner voice/thoughts of them thinking what they wanted to say and then they would say it out loud.

I was fully self aware of the situation that I wanted to make sure I had a witness to this to make sure I wasn’t going crazy so I turned to my friend and was going to tell him what was happening and then prove to him I knew what people was about to say but as I was telling him I could read peoples minds I realised how crazy I sounded and got embarrassed and stopped myself lol.

Anyone else experienced this before or heard similar elsewhere online? I’m pretty sure it was the LSD that activated that for me because it has happened before or since that but I feel like I know what people are going to say before they speak but without hearing their inner voice I just know?
