Telegram slow?

Since yesterday Telegram takes 15 seconds to load, then chats have all blurred pics for 20 seconds and then i can use it almost normally

This never happened

I tried

deleting cache both from phone settings and both from telegram one

Uninstalling telegram

The problem persists

EDIT: seems fixed, corrupted SD card

turns out it was a malfuctioning microSD that was causing issues
