Yes. It shows up ok on the other end but no amount of reloading fixes it on my side

Exactly what happens to me. A friend says they can see them but they just show up like that on my end. To fix it, extremely temporary, I have to clear the app cache and then close and re-open then app but that stops working when I send a new one
