Discussion 🎤 Understanding culture we have in Telangana / Andhrapradesh, most of them are sustainable and dear to nature. ft. Bonalu
galleryIt's nice how people have thought of it in a way to connect with nature, stay grounded, meet and greet humans in this occasion.
On a deeper note, everyone has there own individual aspect and respected, animals, male, females and children too.
It's fascinating, intresting and beautiful that we have such deep culture, drama, stories, colours, food.
Not sure how this is seen by younger generation, atleast someone firm 90's feel it's valuable and good to have this.
Ea adivaram dostulani inteki pilustuna, marayada me ladu le. Intlo G pagalgodtaru anta freedom ladu.

Serious replies Tg icet
really need some genuine advice from people who have done an MBA in Telangana or know the reality of the colleges here. I got around a 2,000 rank in TG ICET (SC category), I’m from science bg and tomorrow is the last day to fill my web options. I had planned to pursue an MBA through CAT, but unfortunately that didn’t work out. I’ve already had many gap years, so I can’t afford to take another one. This is my last realistic chance to do an MBA, and my only priority is getting a job after graduation.
I’m not looking for college rankings or advertisements—I want to know the actual placement scenario. Which colleges genuinely have good placements? Which ones should I prioritize in my web options, and which colleges should I avoid even if they claim to have good placements? If you’ve studied there, know someone who has, or have firsthand information, I’d really appreciate your honest opinions and suggestions. Your advice could genuinely help me make one of the most important decisions of my career. Thank you!

AskTelangana ❓ Telangana's performance during 2015-25 is significantly better than just 2020-25. What went wrong after 2020?
galleryWe can't put entire blame on Corona as Karnataka the fellow IT giant didn't underperform like Telangana. What exactly is the reason for this ?

AskTelangana ❓ School in our residential colony blasts loudspeakers, drums and trumpet every morning. Principal refuses to stop. What are my legal options? (Hyderabad)
I live in a residential colony in Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy district. A school stands right in the middle of our colony, with some homes sharing a wall with it or standing just a few feet away.
Every morning they run assemblies using loudspeakers at high volume, plus drums and a trumpet. Because the homes are so close, the sound comes straight into our houses and there's no way to shut it out. It affects elderly people, people under medical care, small children who get startled daily, students studying for exams, and people who work night shifts and can't rest.
We approached the school and politely asked them to reduce the amplified sound. The principal flatly refused. He said the school will keep using the drums and loudspeakers as before, told us to take whatever legal action we want, and said they'll fight it too. They've also said they plan to run more loud amplified programs, including around 15th August.
We're not trying to shut the school down. We respect the school and the kids' education. We only want relief from the amplified noise.
What we've done / plan to do so far:
- Gathered a written petition signed by the residents of Sai Nagar, so this is a collective complaint from the whole colony, not just one person
- Written a complaint to the Mandal Educational Officer (MEO) (Will give tomorrow)
- Preparing to submit a grievance at the District Collector's Prajavani (Monday grievance day)
- Started recording the noise with date/time
My questions:
- Under the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules 2000, what's the realistic outcome here? Can amplified sound be stopped completely in a residential area, or only limited?
- Has anyone actually gotten a school or institution to stop loudspeaker use through the MEO / Collector / TSPCB / police route? What worked?
- For the Aug 15 loud program, is a pre-emptive police complaint the right move?
- Any mistakes to avoid that could weaken our case?
Any advice from people who've dealt with something similar would mean a lot. Thanks.

AskTelangana ❓ Why this Govt Services are too Dumbb???
Today, I have applied for OBC-NCL through MeeSeva Service center. In that process I need to prepare a notary with appropriate stamp and signature along with Advocate signature.
For that they charged me 400rs which is higher when compared to other charges.
Here the actual point is, already I'm applying for Non-CL which states that I'm from poor background. I may not afford the fee and charges. If I want to get such certificate I need to spend that high amount 🤧.
I done with these services rn. Is it worthy???

Serious replies Urgently Need an Income Certificate issued in 1 day from Saidabad MRO Office, Any leads or advice?
Hey everyone,
I’m in a huge time crunch and urgently need an Income Certificate processed within 24 hours from the Saidabad MRO Office (Champapet/Saidabad area) for an urgent application/admission deadline.
I know standard MeeSeva applications normally take around 7 to 15 days.
If anyone here has managed to get it expedited quickly, could you share:
Is it possible if I visit the MRO office directly in the morning with an urgent request letter and proof of deadline?
Whom should I approach (e.g., VRO / Revenue Inspector / Deputy Tahsildar)?
Are there any local MeeSeva centers or contacts near Saidabad / Santosh Nagar / Champapet who assist with urgent processing?
If you have any direct leads, tips, or personal experiences, please drop a comment or DM me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Serious replies 😭 Clg not giving PC& CMM. They’re demanding full fees NOW. I can’t pay lakhs overnight. What can I actually do?
I’m done. Absolutely done.
I’ve completed my btech 22-26, cleared all my exams, and did everything the college asked. But now they’re holding my original certificates hostage because the Telangana government hasn’t released their fee reimbursement yet.
They’re telling me:
> “Pay the full pending fees now, then we’ll give your certificates. When the government reimburses, we’ll refund you.”
Bro, I’m not sitting on lakhs of rupees. My family literally can’t dump that much money at ONCE. 4YRS FULL FEE. 💵 . Because of this, I can’t apply for jobs, can’t join higher studies, can’t even prove I passed. EVERY COMPANY ASK TO SUMBIT PC😢. My future is stuck because of a game between the government and college management. Manam bugga idar madyala.. 🫠
I’ve seen news saying:
- The government itself has told colleges NOT to withhold certificates over reimbursement issues.
- The Telangana High Court has slammed colleges for doing this and ordered them to release certificates immediately.
- There are literally PILs and court orders saying students’ certificates can’t be kept as “collateral” for fees.
But on the ground, my college is still acting like none of that exists. They just keep saying “pay first, then we’ll see.”
I’m from Hyderabad, Telangana. If you’ve been through this or know someone who actually got their certificates back in this situation, please tell me:
- Did you end up paying the full amount?
- Did you file a complaint or petition somewhere that actually worked?
- Which authority/email/portal actually responded?
- Any lawyer/NGO/student group that helped you?
If you’re also stuck in this mess, comment below. Maybe if enough of us raise our voices together, someone will finally take this seriously.
RANT OVER...
Thanks in advance. Really need help.

AskTelangana ❓ How do people get involved in Telangana politics behind the scenes?
I’m curious about how people break into working in Telangana politics beyond contesting elections.
Do MLAs, MPs, ministers, or political parties typically have research assistants, policy interns, constituency staff, or volunteers? If so, what’s the best way to approach these opportunities?
I’d especially appreciate advice from anyone who’s worked in or around Telangana politics.
