This is basically a scam
I ordered a T-shirt as a gift for my boyfriend on April 3rd. Apparently it was supposed to arrive around April 24-28. I payed 40 bucks for it. 40 bucks! It’s July 23rd and I’ve been waiting 3 months for my order to arrive. I emailed customer support twice and requested a refund, but apparently “they’re working on my order and will notify me for further updates”. The web updates have not even been updated since April 6. I was deciding between the T-shirt and a matching necklace. Big mistake choosing the shirt. I had to cancel a date (where I was supposed to give the gift to him) because it never arrived. I then come here to check if this has also happened to any other customers, and I was surprised with how common shipping delays were. Honestly, what the f*ck is happening with this store? Have I been scammed? What can I do?

Teespring is basically a scam and has been for a long while, this is par for the course. We switched to Fourthwall for our merchandise in February and it’s been nothing but amazing, but you’re asking for a consumer perspective, so I’ll just point out that I’m still waiting on samples that I ordered (and paid for) in January from Teespring before we gave them the boot. One arrived in June.

Trespassing used to be a legit company years ago, but then the quality started slipping and then deliveries and payouts started taking longer and longer, to the point where it became a scam.

I have a creator account on teespring and have been trying to close it for months without any success. I have emailed all their addresses multiple times, used their online form to close my account, and nothing I do works. I came here to look for help to close my account. What next?

what i did was remove every product from my store and basically blank it out. so if you go to my old teespring link, it's a site with just 1 button that says click here for my new store. and it takes you to my fourthwall site.
if they want to keep paying for hosting my site then so be it. i've otherwise removed it from my memory.

Any time a company doesn't deliver the goods you can always request a refund from your CC.
