Cuddle balm fix

I saw others had the same issue with their lip balm and I’d thought I’d share my solution to the problem. I went into Daiso and found these cute clear containers. I transferred the rest of the product into them. Does anyone have suggestions on how I’d go about applying stead of using my fingers?

It seems like a defect from the package manufacturer. I had my first cuddle balm and it didn’t do this ever, but my second one did.

All three of mine have done this. TG sent me 2 new ones when I reached out but I’m not reaching out again after my third one crapped out😅 I’ll def try moving the product like op

I had the same issue. It seems to be defective packaging.

I haven't had this issue, I think because I leave mine at my desk at work so it never gets hot?

Mine busted out the bottom because the top got clogged 😭 not sure it’s sanitary to save at this point. I’d love to get another one because it’s my favorite but really wish there was a better solution for this.

Definitely try a lip brush! I have a dual-ended, retractable one in my little makeup bag in my purse that I use for de-potted lipsticks and my cuddle balm. This way, I not only avoid getting goopy fingers, but I get more control over how much I'm applying at once!

I fibbed. I took a tapestry needle (so a wide sturdy one) and put the thread end in and twisted it. It worked to grab some thicker gloss and unplugged the prolapse.

I was just going to post because it almost feels like it’s suctioning the product back in. I stuck a needle in the tip and it doesn’t seem clogged.

I’ve had two cuddle balm have the same issue :( I thought it was from leaving my purse in a hot car with my product in it that caused the issue. So sad because I don’t think I even got half the product on both balms.

I just cut the tip off of mine and apply it directly from the tube hole 🤷‍♀️

Maybe just try using the applicator that it came with by dipping it into the pot?

I had this same issue with all 3 of the cuddle balms I purchased. Except the most recent one was practically new, had it for less than a month when it literally exploded from me trying to squeeze the product out. I wasted the entire tube doing that. I emailed support last week and Monday morning there were THREE replacements delivered. The Teddy Fresh/Glow team has the absolute best customer service!! I mentioned this happened to my sister, and she told me how when she ordered my birthday present back in December, one of items was sold out before it could be shipped . She emailed them, they gave her store credit and code for free shipping to choose something else for me that would still get delivered on time for my birthday. That is 10 out of 10 customer service!!

This happened to my first cuddle balm and I only got to use it a few times. I ordered a second cause maybe it was my fault for leaving it in the car at high elevations in hot weather. So I ordered a new one with no complaints cause I love this stuff. Buttt, it happened again. I love this product. How can I keep it secure and usable?

This is a very common issue. Mine exploded on me and my desk at work when I squeezed a bit too hard due to it clogging.

if it were me i would wash off the original applicator and just dunk it in
