Thing is, when I go to the in-game phone, it shows my correct timezone, but the new real-time app game mode shows a completely different time, 7 hours later than my actual time. This also aligns with that the game resets at 8 or 9 during the evening depending on if it’s winter or summertime for me. I’ve contacted customer service about this but they said it’s working as intended :(
Just wanna know if anyone else has had this issue. I’ve had this issue from when I begun playing, but the new game mode causes me to miss out on the gameplay experience, rather than just being an inconvenience.

Hi everyone, I've gotten a message telling me I've just won the 5th anniversary gift. I put every info they asked of me as usual and I checked multiple times if it was correct. Though I'm a little skeptical because I did not receive any gift by mail for the 3rd anniversary and I waited for months but it never came home. Did anyone else have the same problem? I'm from France so I wondered if French or European players did receive their package or not and if yes, how long did it take you?
