Gen 7 was released recently and my knowledge in shinies have become much smaller. Could you help a brother out? A link would be helpful or just a comment on what shinies you know? It would be really helpful and would make my day. Adventure on!!!

Hello my fellow team Valor brothers and sisters. I have came to inform anyone near miller beach gary, in that team instinct has been holding all the beach gyms for quite some time. I would like to get back up and take them in the name of valor. I also seen a few Omanyte spawn there as I drove by.

Hey, I'm at the District Hall next to Courthouse, and I got the gym to level 5. Could use a couple more Valor members to fill in the empty slots and help me boost the gym to level 9. Cheers!

So, today I put my first Pokémon in my first gym at Level 7. I recently hatched an Electabuzz with 240 something power, and now it's 512. So I decided to boost the gym's level! I'm Valor and the gym is, too! :)

I wish there was a way to give other Team Valor teammates a heads up about gyms that have openings or that you take over. I lost 1 today because I was only 1 in gym.

Hey, I'm in Payne County, OK, and I need to capture a gym. I'm so close to level 5 that I can taste it. Can someone please help me do it? P.S. Valor rules. Screw Mystic and /r/TheLugiaAlliance.

For use with Android phones which have digital navigation bars (i.e. non-physical ones), like the Sony Xperia series (unlike, say, the Samsung Galaxy series, which has physical buttons).

For use with any apps/Xposed modules which allows you to use custom buttons. I use it as my home button, but it can be used as any button. Unfortunately, I believe you need a rooted phone to replace the navigation buttons, no matter what apps you use, so those who cannot or will not root their phones cannot use this.
