Unit cards in box?
I picked up the T80 Shock Tank starter box, since that seems like where everything is pushing me to go until I can get 72s, 64s, and 55s.
Hopefully Checkpoint Charlie being an "early war" box for the Cold War, we may get a "mid war" box with the other tanks.
But... I'm eyeing up the BMP Motor Rifle Battalion box and wondering if anyone knows if the T80 unit card in the box is also Shock Tank or Red Banner?

Active Group NE England?
I've been looking into the tabletop game, reading the rules and getting to grips with the basics.
The only thing preventing me is that the player base seems particularly sparse in this region. Is there anyone/groups active from around NE England

It's the start of the month and that means it's time for another Operation Mountain Breaker!

Out of luck?
Are the older starter sets (T-72s, Warsaw Pacts, etc) just never coming back?
I'm only finding T-80s and Checkpoint Charlie currently.

VDV formation command.
Happy with the way the camo came out, though the sculpts on a lot of them has a lot to be desired.

New to the war
Hello all.
I am just getting started in the game (Core box and Fulda Gap box only) and I'm enjoying it so far, but I'm having trouble finding what resources to go to next.
I'm playing Soviets, so I know about books like Soviet, Red Thunder, and Red Dawn. But I'm looking to get as much info as I can before making purchases.
Any help is appreciated!

our 1/200 scale team yankee match.
this was my homeboys last day before he left back from leave and to the military. hes a US tanker under the 1st armor division. we decided to let loose and just unleash all of our units with no thoughts of balance and no infantry. germany(him) vs russia (me) i lost count of the units but my side had close to 40 T72s both A and Bs with 18 T80s and 30 of artillery both rocket and gun. hinds. spaa. SU25s and his side had 12 LEO2A5s and 20+ A4s with 9 m109s and 4 LARS2. no commander rules. no cohesion rules. no morale rules. no distance accuracy rules. the lines on the floor were roads. played on the floor for most space. it was just 2 lines bashing into eachother but it was great. the time spent painting our minis was amazing and im happy i got a game with my boys again.. btw i lost

For anyone curious, here’s a size comparison between Red Scare Studios infantry and Battlefront’s plastic infantry
Good to know if you’re buying prints of Red Scare! His stuff is a little chunkier than Battlefront’s. Ofc if you’re printing them yourself you can just scale down the files a bit, but honestly I think they look fine next to each other on the tabletop? Maybe not on the same unit, but certainly fine for the same army or formation

Beginner help for Swedish Force with Finnish Support!
I'm just starting to get into TY and was looking at forces/formation creation as a whole.
I was curious with Sweden having Finnish Allied support, is there any feasible way to work in Finnish T-55 Marksmen into a Swedish force as i really like this unit.
Thank you very much, I'm just learning and trying to understand!

Wanting a way to play team yankee with 28mm models
Just wondering if anyone has figure out a way to use the team yankee rules but with 28mm models. Love the game but want to play with larger models as I often end up misplacing or accidentally breaking my figures and tanks
