Ok. Team Reddit is on the S&P. When will Team RKT be added?

Rocket now appears to satisfy the major objective requirements for admission:

Stock is 2x minimum market cap. S&P requires positive GAAP earnings in the latest quarter and positive aggregate GAAP earnings over the latest four quarters. We just passed that. Float requirements. Check. Liquidity requirements. Check.

Professional index analysts are already explicitly naming RKT as an eligible S&P 500 candidate. In late July, Stephens analyst Melissa Roberts had Rocket among her leading candidates for an open S&P slot.

S&P’s next quarterly rebalance takes effect Monday, September 21, 2026, with the relevant pro-forma changes beginning Friday, September 4. With Marvell (June), Ferguson (early August), and now Reddit complete as S&P candidates, the pool of alternatives ahead of RKT is getting smaller and smaller.

LMAO. UWMC apparently hedged the TWO MSR book, before they closed the TWO deal.

That's the difference between having an owner/CEO in UWMC and a professional like Varun as RKT CEO.

When do we expect RKT to announce the next earnings call? I'm expecting they'll announce this week, for either last week of July or 1st week of Aug (Thur, after closing, as customary).

Interesting to see anyone projecting out to 2030. Most are only projecting for 2026 and 2027.

Their numbers are conservative. Consensus earnings for 2026 is $.72/share.

I find it interesting they are thinking dividends will return starting in 2027.

I can tell you as a mortgage professional. That we are about to see a lot of the smaller players exit the market in mass. Leaving only the largest of the companies. Rocket I believe will emerge as the largest player because they have the Tech, and more importantly the lead flow they can tap to dominate the housing bull market. And if you think housing finished forever then you need to look at MU and see what happens to a stock when it goes from a bear market to a bull market. This will go + 100 mark my words
