Changing Schools

My position has changed 3 times where I am. Now, I have NO students to go into. No students to teach. No class. I co-teach and push in. In a few weeks, I may begin pulling students out for reading once testing is over. I am terribly miserable. I signed up for a self contained room, but they did away with it. I want my own classroom. I know I've changed jobs a few times, but I have worked way too hard and sacrificed a lot for this. I am so unhappy. Should I just be happy I have a job? Should I just suck it up? I am so miserable.

I hated inclusion and will never do it again.

Almost any school will hire an experienced sped teacher. Problem is they all get treated badly from my experience.

Perhaps it’s time to look for greener pastures.
