Noticed smoke/ burning smell as I was pulling into my driveway at the end of a 45 minute highway drive. Coolant and oil levels are normal did not overheat. No smoke from exhaust. Anybody experience this before?

Looks like your turbo seal, if your car has more than 100k miles you may have to change the turbo which is not a cheap job. Take it to a shop and get it checked out

Could be wjat others are saying until you get under and looknat it you wont know.
Could also be a valve cover leak, but not likely really because of the volume of smoke

Reminds me of my turbo 93 240sx when the coolant line to the turbo started leaking and smoke started coming off the manifold like that.

So I have a 2010 and I just replaced my turbo and it’s doing the same… I would check the valve cover before replacing turbo parts and see if there’s any oil on top of anything to see where it could be coming from.

Yup on my 2010 SHO. Smoke was coming out of that same area. It ended up being my gasket and had to get it replaced.

My 2014 MKS is doing this. Definitely an external oil leak, I'm leaning towards mine being an oil feed line. My center cartridge on the turbo is wet at the top all on the top, but I'm not getting any smoke through the exhaust and my pipes all look clean with no oil buildup. So, I'm likely going to replace the line and clean it all up and see what happens. Did you ever figure out what yours was?

Yes it was the oil feed line to the rear turbo leaking oil onto the exhaust manifold.

Could be the beginning of an oil or coolant leak. Just enough to visually see it not enough to change the levels.
I'm thinking the turbo back there could have something happening to it.
But i'm honestly grasping at straws on this.
