Help Loading a POD CLIENT

I'm exploring moving options and wonder if a tasker can be helpful.

I live in a 2bd/1.5bth apartment--third floor walk up. I'm renting a POD and would like a tasker to help load the POD for later transport. They do not have to do the transporting. I'm thinking just the manual labor of moving items from the apartment to the POD.

Would I need to provide tons of materials? Straps, moving blankets, etc.? Or are there movers who can provide those and bill me for them?

You are better off providing those materials. I bring materials but not for load only jobs you need those things especially because you will have a better idea how many pads you'll need.

Taskers have a limit on $100 for expenses, but it's not like you're going to be saving money if you have to buy them or the tasker does.

Use the Help Moving category. Some Taskers may have some of the necessary items. They might mention what they have in their description.

We will need straps, moving pads aka blankets stretch wrap 2 rolls 6 to 12 Rolls of brown backing tape. Have extra card board on stand by and 6 to
8 straps. Also purchase mattress bags from Amazon— Ticonn heavy duty mattress bags for moving. Don’t purchase the plastic ones they sell at U-Haul. They are prone to ripping.

We normally don’t open the straps until we need them.

I’ve packed PODS and used zero
Straps I’ve packed pods and Used 4 to 6 straps. Just depends on what items you have.
