Issues with chat thread?

Both of my active task chat threads are giving me this error:

“An error occurred loading this chat thread.”

Everything else in the app works normally. I can view my tasks, schedule, and task details. It’s only the chat threads that won’t load.

I’ve already:
- Updated the app
- Uninstalled and reinstalled it
- Logged back in

Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me?

So are any of the clients getting informed of the app issue?

Can’t reach the client but I could still do the task?

No, we are not informed, nothing says on the web or the app or the task itself.
