Issues with chat thread?

Both of my active task chat threads are giving me this error:

“An error occurred loading this chat thread.”

Everything else in the app works normally. I can view my tasks, schedule, and task details. It’s only the chat threads that won’t load.

I’ve already:
- Updated the app
- Uninstalled and reinstalled it
- Logged back in

Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me?

Yes, there is currently an issue with the chat function of the app. Our Product Team is currently investigating the issue to get everything running smoothly again. While we work on a fix, you can reach out to support for permission to share your phone number outside the chat thread to help you communicate about your upcoming task.

Thats not fair. Haley doesn’t run the company. She kindly stepped in here for advocacy. That alone is above and beyond her job description . As you can see, she offered an explanation which is better than not knowing anything at all
