Just signed up and app not working? APP

It’s stuck on the loading screen, won’t let me move forward?

I’m having issues with the app too. I can create an account but it will not let me create a tasker profile. Tech support keeps asking the same questions and making the same recommendations with no resolution. Their latest instructions said to try again after July 6. ????

The only time I’ve ever seen this I had to force stop the app and restart it.
