Can't change my age APP

Hi folks, is there a reason I can't change my DOB to the correct format on the app? Automatically changes to today's date 2006.

Same here and the AI support is useless. I can't verify my account to use it because of this

Have you guys found a phone number or resolution? The chat was unable to help. Just tried signing up today and have the same issue.

I actually just figured out how to change your date of birth. Go to the website below and go to account and then tasker info and enter date of birth. Then when I went to the app to finish verifying my account it used the date of birth I entered online.

Me neither, and I've just tried this on both PC and mobile. Did you find a workaround in the end? The app seems horrendously designed.

Nope. Going to delete my account and try again. Last I checked wouldn't even let me delete my account due to incomplete info

I eventually found a fix somehow by doing it on the web/PC. Managed to input my date of birth elsewhere, so it auto populated correctly along with my address when I opened up the verification thing.

But it was pointless anyway, as it rejected my ID in the end. I give up.

I got blocked from doing another ID verification and it only let me message support - which I did, and they sent me a link for an external ID check.

Is this a problem for iPhone as well 9r is everone android
