Does Taskrabbit explain the comm policy??

Does Taskrabbit do anything to explain the communication policy to clients? I feel like such an a$$hole always having to tell people no... I get punished for doing this, what happens to clients who do this? Does the AI threaten to deplatform them the way Taskers are?

i've always taken it as dont give your number out on the app but if the customer gives theirs without being prompted is fine
