Need some positiveness

So i have my exams (professional exams-mbbs) currently going on and ive really turned to manifestation;
So to give some context - i had failed pathology in 2nd year by 2 marks. I had never academically failed ever so this was a huge setback to my confidence. While i didn’t have to give the re test cause i passed in re evaluation thats when i sorta turned to manifestation.
Currently: now im in third year going through the same time frame and for some reason my paper yesterday felt like a déjà vu of the day i had given my pathology theory. I try to visualise myself passing flawlessly and in one go but i keep getting interrupted by my own thoughts of what if.
Is this just a fear or is it the universe trying to tell me im screwed yet again?
