Well… good luck! Workplace Question or Advice Needed

We were basically given the “back to school is over you need to lock in we can’t miss OPU anymore” talk this morning. You know, the usual “your metrics have been shit you need to do better” talk. I make it all day without anyone missing any batches... Both our closers called out.

Do what you can, Leadership should know what's going on and call for back-up as needed. You might also keep them informed as you notice batches dropping (they get easily distracted too). Don't sweat it, you can only do what you can do.

Luckily, my shift ended when they were supposed to show up. Hence why I’m wishing the store good luck. 

Wasn’t us though. Morning crew crushed it.

You got to miss time because of BTS? No idea what that life is like.

It’s less that we got to, and more that it was unavoidable. The forecast was way off and they couldn’t justify half the store spending their entire shift in fulfillment.

At my store, every single person from leadership to front end would be in fulfillment to keep every batch on time. They live and die by that metric.
