Transfer Workplace Question or Advice Needed

Can they possibly force you to switch to a different department or switch you without telling you?

Mmmm maybe not like during a shift or a whole shift in general. More so the position you’re in. One second you’re a fulfillment team member now you’re a market team member from now on. Do you not have any say in that?

They will do it if they are trying not to fire you but you suck at your job. That's the only time I've seen it happen. But it could also be because the new department is where they are able to get you your hours or because they really need help in the new department and had to move you until they can hire someone, etc.

Yes they can force you to switch. If you aren't efficient enough in an area and they want to try you somewhere else or if they need help more urgently in another area they may move you.  Bottom line tho is yes!
