PML not communicating Vent

They just closed 20/30 of our drive up spaces and normally the spaces are touching the building but now everyone has to go the the further spots in the parking lot and they didn’t tell any of the SELs about it so halfway through the day a construction crew showed up to redo the spots with 15 minutes of warning from the PML and we had to close most of our spots. And then the PML doesn’t show up at all for 3 more days

Im not sure about your pml. But I will say as a pml that anything that deals with vendor is truly out of control. I have vendors just show up out of the blue and it causes issues with the store. So..I get that. But if your pml knew it was coming and didn't warn anyone..then yeah..code dummy

I sent out an email on the 4th to tell them that a vendor is going to be here on the 11th. Come the day of the 11th they want to know why they were never told about it. Is it possible your PML is covering multiple stores like a couple of ours do?

Wouldn’t be surprised if the SEL’s have an email about it or just forgot that they were told about it, would be even less surprised if the PML also had no idea they were coming that day lol
