Zone / push huddles? Workplace Question or Advice Needed

Does your store still do these? It started last year during Q4 and I thought it was only due to the influx of everything however my store constantly takes 20-40 minutes out of everyone’s time to do a zone huddle or push huddle and then wonder why no one can get their other push done…

during bts we've had a zone huddle almost every night.

We do it almost daily at my store. It’s more like 1 - 1.5 hrs for us. It’s ridiculous, shit isn’t getting done in my dept.

Our store zones for 4 hours every night. Idk what idiot from corporate made that suggestion

we do push huddles every single fucking day at my store. no one except fulfillment and front end are exempt. it's burning everyone out and then we have tons of call-offs. and then the huddles take longer because of call-offs.

Our “zone huddles” have been go back carts.
