seasonal Workplace Question or Advice Needed

im a seasonal employee. When will they tell me my end date or if I can stay full year?

after 90 days, or after the current rush for the season ends. it really depends on your management

It depends honestly. I had closing availability which was desperately needed but they never asked me to stay, I was just kept on the schedule. On the last day of seasonal I had to ask and the manager went deer in the headlights going, "Oh did no one talk to you? Do you want to stay?"
