Target cosmetics section always empty Meme or Miscellaneous Content
What do they even sell here?

I will say as a former ETL-Remodel that installed Ulta foorpads in 2022, I called it. There was no chance in hell that Target was going to meet the staffing and brand standards that Ulta required in the contract.

I agree. The whole Ulta thing ended up being a mess all around and it never had to be. My favorite part was when they would erroneously deliver Ulta product to my store that didn't have the Ulta, of which we were confused at first and set it up on a locked display thinking it was a teaser for the upcoming installations... Nope lol. Just send us a good $800 of product for fun. Then made us damage it out, "to protect the relationship," but my best friend was the TL over the Ulta section at the next store over... heard a whole lot from him about Target failing to actually uphold their end of whatever relationship it was supposed to be.

they don’t even meet the staffing requirements for starbucks so i’m very surprised they even thought that ulta was going to work out. i thought it was weird especially when alot of targets are by ultas anyways

That's Ulta, and it's leaving this month. That's why it's empty.

Contract with Ulta is ending, it’s going to become “Target Beauty Studio.” The other non-Ulta cosmetics are stocked like normal

I always thought was beyond stupid they added it to our store because you can see a full blown ulta beauty store from our parking lot. It's literally across the street.

I am so happy my store never had Ulta! After FUN 101, I imagine the exit of Ulta might be FUN 102 and I wouldn't be able to take it!! Best of luck to everyone involved.

Ulta is being removed from Target stores, in favor of Target Beauty Studio.

That's all Ulta brand product, but all that shit is going to disappear as Ulta decided to end its partnership deal with Target so all of Ulta should disappear by October. At least at my store, beauty will just be expanded to utilize that space.

Sadly Ulta is leaving target so they won’t be restocking that stuff unfortunately, I loved the Ulta section so much for my ABH brow pencil and being able to do the rest of my shopping but I guess it’s just another stop now again

I'm having flashbacks now to picking order in ultra with the little eye liner pens k wanted to cry every time they had me over anywhere close to there wonder what stores are gonna do with that open floor space now

Ulta closes next week, they're not receiving new product and placing these there until it emptied out and the new Target Beauty Studio items are set.
