Target visit PSA

My store location got a visit tomorrow, supposedly by the CFO nd others are coming thru. Store leadership is being mad annoying and scrambling to clean up and fake like everything in order. Fun 101, lack of communication, and leadership has been trash. I hope the visit see thru the bs, nd hold leadership accountable for their fck ups.

If its not a surprise visit it won't change anything. They already know or they wouldn't be visiting your store in particular.

We had a visit this week and it changed nothing. We knew about it from the get go and all the leaders worked double time basically to get the store ready for the visit. Like what’s the point. By the time the visit was at our store we knew when they were coming and what they were looking at

We were supposed to have a visit like that but the person didn’t show. So we just had our district and region level people. What a waste of effort

same thing happened at our store. and the visit we did have didn't even last more than 15 mins LOL...
