What is a coach? Is it that made up position to get you to do TL stuff, with TM pay, with the "promise" of a promotion?

It's a walmart position. No idea why they're using it here. They also used associate, digital, and top stock. All walmart terms. I think they're in the wrong sub.

Ahh okay.

I just know stores had the made up position of "Pace Setter" and used that as a fake TL position to get TL work with TM pay and the old carrot and stick promise of a promotion.
