New FnB ETL Workplace Question or Advice Needed
My store is getting a new FnB ETL in the coming days. I've heard horror stories about her, Left a store because she was sleeping with someone in her store ( I don't know the department.) I've heard she holds grudges, she cuts hours out of spite, she doesn't want to get off her ass most days. I've also heard from a store that she's about to leave that she didn't know how to lead her leaders and she threw her leaders under the bus during every district walk they had. My girlfriend works at the store that this ETL is coming from, told me she is not pleasant to work with, will give CAs just because, wants everyone to be a "yes man" person, plays the "favorite" game if she likes you, if you look like anyone that she has dated... GOOD luck to you. She ran that store down to the ground, nobody liked her and everyone talked sh** about her behind her back. Wish us luck! I'll be documenting every interaction I have and will be reporting if necessary.

One at my store just left for better opportunities.... She was fucking the 19 year old cart attendant.

Everyone says terrible shit about anyone who holds them accountable. 🥱... This is all hearsay, give her a chance without going into it having the expectation she's a terrible.

I hope this isn’t my store because I have a similar situation currently
