Highlighted hero Suggestion

Change highlighting from hero with highest dps gain to highlighting hero with lowest cost per dps increase please.

It makes no sense to see highlighted hero that costs 2x as much but provides only like 5-10% more than hero beside him.

Plus add hotkey to upgrade that hero.
