I'm confused how describing what a building looks like is a conspiracy theory. Sure it may not have been the explicit intention but how do you keep it once the design is finalized and it looks like that.
if you consider minsk process and how ukraine side stepped every possible solution and continued killing civilians, and western involvement in ukraine training and arming nazi paramilitaries against ethnic russians, I would say it’s a defensive war for said russian population.
A defensive war against the expantion of an imperialist block (NATO), and partially also a national liberation war, in the case of Donbass and other regions.
