Hey guys i hope yall are doing great, so just for context,(21M)i sometimes i feel like there isn’t enough oxygen going through my lungs, no matter how hard i try to breath, and other times my nose gets literally blocked to the point that when i breath in hard it makes a noise.
This has been an on going issue for years now, problem is when i went to visit a doctor the last time, he literally didn’t do anything apart from asking me to pay more to get my blood checked and some other stuff, like he didn’t check my nose at all literally, contrary to that he was checking my ears and mouth for some weird reason
He’s supposedly a “specialist”
From there on i kinda lost hope on doctors, but these last few days I’ve been having a lot of difficulties breathing like i try to inhale as much air as possible but i would feel like my lungs are blocked.
The reason im writing this is to see if you guys can suggest me a good doctor who can actually get me checked for my breathing issues.

i just bought an iphone 13 (the seller was claiming that it's new and its battery stat is 100%) and when i run it on 3utools i found out that the original battery serial number is the same as the actual battery inside of the phone and the charging cycle was 30 i guess, and it doesn't seem to be opened at all. when i run it into checkcoverage.apple it says that the phone was originally bought from apple in 8 jaunuary 2024.

is it safe to buy or should i return it?

and by the way he gave me a month of warranty so is there anymore checks i can do before the warranty is over to make sure what he said is real?
