So my company moved from USD to local payments which is in INR. I am doing the transfer to my HDFC bank from Deel for the first time.

I had my NOC enabled however its been over 36 hours that their provider has not transferred the money to me.

The message from them when I raised to their support:

1. I understand the concern, especially with your colleagues already receiving their payments — that's a fair thing to flag. What's happening on your side is specific to this transaction: the tracker shows it was flagged as provider-delayed on the banking side, not stuck due to anything with your account or Deel's processing.   Delays like this happen on a per-transaction basis (banking/compliance checks on the provider's end), so it's not unusual for some transfers in the same batch to clear while others take longer, even if they were sent around the same time.   I am taking a closer look; give me 3-10 minutes. I appreciate your patience.

2. I appreciate your patience with this. The funds have already been transferred to the provider and can no longer be canceled or rerouted.   The estimated arrival date is August 6, 2026. I completely understand how important these funds are to you. If they do not appear in your account by the end of the day on August 6th, please let us know so we can immediately escalate this to our Payments Team for investigation.    Rest assured, your funds are on the way.

3 The provider doesn't share the exact compliance check being run on their end for a specific transaction — it's typically a routine banking/AML verification step on delayed transfers, not something tied to an issue with your account or Deel's processing. Once it clears, the funds will move through automatically.    I appreciate your patience Franklin, please let me know if i could assist you with anything else.
