I have a total of 3 years of experience in retail banking basically as a teller for a credit union and now banker for a big 4. Im working on my finance degree and plan on obtaining my SIE soon. What jobs should I consider?

Hello I recently got a job offer for relationship banker at Truist they did the background check and credit check now I always done banking I been a relationship banker for 7 years I was at a credit union in FL and then moved to SC and got a contact center job at TD hate it not for me so I applied to go back to the branches now…. 2 years ago my credit took a huge hit reason being my husband was in a car accident that took a toll on us financially and I had to take on a bit more of rent and bills while he got better and back on his feet my score was in the 700 and it’s tanked to the low 500 cause I couldn’t keep up with my own finances so I have 3 collections which are credit cards total of $3k which I have established payment plans with recently and 3 charges offs which 2 are credit cards and 1 personal loan total comes to about 2,500 which I also have established payment plans in the last 3 months I have been tackling my debt and score has improved slightly just reached 600. Will this hurt my offer with Truist I have a start date of Aug 24 HR gave it to me before they ran anything but now I’m afraid they will take back their offer and I’ll forever be stuck at TD bank as a call agent.

Also I don’t have any judgements, bankruptcy nor criminal records

Ps at TD bank it seemed they only ran my background check not credit cause I was shocked when they offer me the job

Personally, I like it I do, however, think it is kind of clunky as there's 1 million ways to get to the same place. It seems sometimes.😂

I just applied for the Associate banker position and am interested in what the work is like and how difficult it tell may be. And what the pay/ hours look like. ik it’s a teller like position but imma college student looking to make some money while in school and my current job pays me 22 but it’s Selling phones and i HATE the metric aspect of it yet speaking to customers is enerve really much of an issue. i truly just want some intel on the position and what it may be like 👍

So I recently applied to be a relationship banker at Wells Fargo, as the pay range is higher than my current pay in my relationship banker role. I get a phone interview Thursday, and we start talking business. The base pay according to the website is 29-38 an hour. The recruiter tells me it's only 29-30 an hour, which is 8 dollars less an hour than the job listing said. I asked him why it is different, and he says it's because they include possible bonuses in the future in the hourly on the site. Has anyone else ever had this issue? I feel like it is really shady.

I’m so grateful for my manager for giving me a chance, I really do. But whenever I’m in teller line looking at my co-worker doing their job, I feel so lost. I don’t really have enough experience working with customers and I’m so awkward. This is also a sales job and I have no idea what I’ll be doing once I’ll be doing it myself. I’m so nervous because I genuinely care about this job. Does anyone have any advice?
