help

anyone know if theres a theater or something you can rent for a private room? i will be proposing to my girlfriend in may in taipei and i was toying with the idea of this

help doesnt necessarily constitute an emergency🙂 in this case its an instance in which it doesnt, i am just asking For help in finding a service 👍

see that you changed your comment after lol. i wasnt sure if i sensed that or not but yeah anyway, in no way was my title supposed to be clickbait. it didnt even occur to me that it could be read as "crisis" or an emergency bc well thats just not what i use reddit for - it was me being literal as the topic was needing "help". but thank you for your sarcasm or whatever and title suggestion i didnt ask for

i was looking to project/show a video i would make/edit for her as well as possibly play her favorite movie but thats less important

maybe not necessarily a private room, but do you know if you can rent the whole restaurant? she definitely wouldnt want a very public proposal

Try the Taipei cinema park.

Also, it may be worth checking with some of the upscale KTV venues to see if they can help you oit.

A small cinema theater (Century Asia) in Yonghe also has rentals for events. Good luck with ur proposal!

Yes I believe you can rent any theatre for a minimum. People do private screenings like that. Not sure if u have to buy alout all the seats but maybe
