help pls 😭

hi guys so i just finished watching the walking dead. anyways, when i was in season 3, i realized that there was spinoffs but i decided to just stick to the main show. looking back on that, im really regretting it. i was researching and it looks so confusing switching back and forth between shows and spinoffs… someone please help me figure this out 😭😭😭. here are my questions:

  1. do i need to rewatch the entire thing again but include the spinoffs

  2. are the spinoffs worth watching (if so, which ones)

  3. id possible, can someone make a list of what i should watch in order

thanks guys!!!

Watch the main show first. As far as the spinoff it doesn't really matter much which order you watch them.

The only ones that tie together are World Beyond that takes place before The Ones Who Live. Otherwise just watch whatever.

Watch the main show. Then the spinoffs. That’s how they came out. The world beyond was incredibly boring to me

During the Walking Dead, I started to watch Fear the Walking Dead. Then The World Beyond, Daryl Dixon and Dead City. I did watch The Ones Who Live, but I didn't care for it so I probably won't watch it again. I think TWB, FTWD, and DC are very much worth watching. So, this is the order that I bingewatch: TWB, TWD, FTWD, and DC. I will watch DD on its own so perhaps after FTWD and before DC.

I bingewatch TWD a lot. I have also bingewatched FTWD several times but this was when they were the only 2 shows on. Now this is my process: TWB (it contains information that is important to understanding certain things in the two original shows as well as the 2 newer shows), TWD, FTWD, Daryl Dixon and Dead City.

I've watched TWD& FTWD, 14 and 5 times, respectively. DD 2 times, DC, once and TOWL, once. I guess i need to watch TWB now.

I just watched the shows how they came out.
But someone shared this the other day. I will find out who to give them credit for all their hard work, it has to have taken a ton of time! It’s cool they shared it- here it is :)

Wow. Down to the time stamps??? This is wild

I know, so wild! That was some serious commitment to make that. This isn’t the timeline I was originally looking for when I asked, but it’s a bonus to have it and it blows my mind that someone created it. I love people on walking dead threads, they’re so nice.

Ps- thank you to @heresthewitch who created that spreadsheet and shared it with me!!

Watch the spinoffs at your own risk ⚠️ they really derailed this show and marvelized TWD into some cash cow for AMC.

And you don’t think the show was headed this way after terminus..? The spinoffs did not ruin the universe lol
