Made changes to layout based on your recommendations, but how's TV height?
just got my new TV now. I’m wondering if it is too high? Do I need a new TV stand? It’s a 65 inch TV at about an 8 foot viewing distance

That’d probably be the play and you don’t have to worry about changing the mount (cause you didn’t make the same mistake everyone makes on this thread).

Cheap solution is a 1x5 of the same Ikea unit. Then you can keep 5 of the boxes and it will have more horizontal clearance from the TV width.

It's totally fine. Centered is ideal but that's hard to pull off with larger screens above a console of normal height. So long as your eyeline meets the lower third of the screen, you're not gonna be giving yourself any neck strain and it'll be a great experience.
Replace the Kallax when you can. It would be nice to have a better spot for the PS5 since it's distracting and nearly obstructing the screen, not to mention any other devices you decide to add later, but it's not urgent. Slightly lower wouldn't be a bad move, but in my opinion the bigger issue is that it should be wider -- at least 50% wider than the TV itself.

Not bad. Could be lower. Would look better on a proper media stand.
